Members are professionals involved in Publishing and/or Finance and accept in their membership the conditions of Publishers Plaza among which the obligation to maintain secrecy related to the subjects offered.

What needs to be done to become a member and what are the costs?

To complete and return the membership form. After receipt of a confirmation of your membership you will receive a login-name and password by which you get admittance to enter the reserved part of this site. The membership is free of charge until further notice.

What to do if I am seriously interested in a specific offer?

Send a match request to the manager of Publishers Plaza. He will contact the advertiser accordingly when you are a member of Publishers Plaza. For non-members no contact will be made.

How do I know whether the advertiser wants to get in touch with me?

After having contacted the advertiser with your match-request the reaction of the advertiser will be sent to you by the manager of Publishers Plaza.

What is the procedure if I want to place an advertisement ‘for sale’ and what are the costs involved?

Complete the advertising order form.
You will receive an invoice and remit the amount due.
You submit the text of the advertisement.
The Webmaster activates the advertisement on the site once your anonymity has been secured and your payment has been received.

The costs of an advertisement ‘for sale’ amount to € 500, - (VAT exclusive). The advertisement will be exposed on the site until a buying/selling agreement has been signed or expires a year after date of placement.

What do I owe Publishers Plaza if a match through Publishers Plaza results in a signed agreement?

If both parties have signed a buying/selling agreement the seller owes Publishers Plaza a commission of 5 % of the transaction amount with a minimum of € 2500, - (VAT exclusive).

What is the procedure in case I intend to order a valuation or demand a quotation for a valuation?

For a valuation order or a quotation for a valuation you need to complete and return the relevant forms to Publishers Plaza (available at Publishers Plaza taxation part).

Is it possible to place a search advertisement if the offers don’t match my wishes?

No this is impossible but you might place a searching order at broker@kingpmc.com. Membership of Publishers Plaza is no requirement for placing such an order.

What to expect of Publishers Plaza after the contact has been laid between me as advertiser ‘for sale’ and prospects through Publishers Plaza?

Publishers Plaza monitors the communication process in order to arrive at a transaction. Publishers Plaza operates as broker on behalf of the seller.

What are the Contents of the Secrecy agreement?

The key-point of the Secrecy agreement is that the information given through Publishers Plaza will be exclusively used to judge whether the offers meet the wishes of the buyer and to prevent any damage of seller’s interests by misusing the information given. The text of the Secrecy agreement is available for members of Publishers Plaza.

How to place a vacancy advertisement and what are the costs involved?

Complete and return the vacancy order form. After receipt of this form the manager will send you an invoice and after receipt of your payment you can place the text of the advertisement on the site. It is up to you whether you want to do this anonymous or not.

The costs of a vacancy advertisement including your contact data are € 250, - (VAT exclusive) and the advertisement will be placed half a year at the maximum at www.publishersplaza.com

The costs of an anonymous vacancy advertisement are € 500, - (VAT exclusive). If you successfully hire one of the candidates contacted through Publishers Plaza no commission will be due.

Are reactions on Publishers Plaza vacancies reserved to members only?

No, these advertisements are in the public part of Publishers Plaza.

How could I react on a vacancy advertisement ?

By contacting the contact person mentioned by the advertiser in the text. If the advertisement is anonymous you can contact the manager of Publishers Plaza by completing and returning the relevant form. The manager of Publishers Plaza will contact the advertiser concerned and this advertiser will contact you if he considers you a well-qualified candidate. Publishers Plaza merely acts as a communications agent in this case.
