Valuation of your company or title

A valuation of your company or title may be of interest in cases such as :

• transaction between parents and children,
• transaction between relatives or friends,
• buy-out or buy-in,
• transfer form a foundation or society to a professional publisher,
• to be used as valuation to attract investment capital from banks, venture capitalists or private investors.

Practical evidence shows that value is often over- or underestimated. In order to prevent negative implications for the relations an independent valuation report will be required.

Costs
The valuation costs highly vary with the completeness and quality of the data supplied. The number of hours Publishers Plaza has to spend on this mainly depends on the information received.

Valuation orders can be given in two ways:

• On an hourly basis of € 175, - (VAT excluded).
• On a lump sum basis.

The valuation as such will never be used as a remuneration basis for the appraisal as this could easily lead to a too high valuation.

Members of Publishers Plaza can only make a valuation order. After receipt of your order a questionnaire will be send to you. On basis of the data given by you the valuation will be made. Publishers Plaza cannot be held responsible for an invalid appraisal made on false information given.
